Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Parfum Celeste purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please read the following conditions:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unopened, with the seal intact and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as Parfum Celeste is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
✨ Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
