Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, and the messages you send us.

Reviews: your name, email address, rating, review text and any photo you add. Only your first name and the initial of your last name, the rating, the text and the photo are published; your email address is never shown.

Information collected automatically: your device and browser, IP address and approximate location, the pages you view and how you use the Site, through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from partners: payment confirmations from payment processors, delivery updates from carriers, and information from Shopify, which runs our store.

We do not receive or store your full card number.

To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and warranty claims.

To process payments and to prevent fraud.

To answer your messages and publish your reviews.

To send you news and offers, only if you have agreed or where the law allows it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To measure and improve the Site and our advertising, with your consent where the law requires it.

Advertising: such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel, used to measure and show our ads.

Use Your privacy choices at the bottom of every page to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising.

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as such an opt-out.

You can unsubscribe from our emails through the link in every email.

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfil orders and to meet tax and accounting obligations, and other information for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Parfum Celeste is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
