Warranty Policy
Parfum Celeste stands behind every bottle. This Warranty Policy explains what we cover, for how long and how to make a claim. It does not limit any rights you have under the law.
1. What is covered
- 1.1
Your order arrives as described: the right fragrance and size, sealed and free from damage in transit.
- 1.2
The bottle, the spray and the cap are free from manufacturing defects: the spray works, the bottle does not leak, and the cap fits.
2. Time limits
- 2.1
Damage in transit, missing items or the wrong item: tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
- 2.2
Manufacturing defects of the bottle, spray or cap: tell us within 15 days of delivery.
3. What is not covered
- 3.1
How a fragrance smells or lasts on your skin, and personal preference. A fragrance develops differently on every person.
- 3.2
Skin reactions. Please test a fragrance on a small area of skin first, and see section 7.
- 3.3
Damage caused by heat, direct sunlight, dropping the bottle or other misuse.
- 3.4
The natural evaporation of a fragrance over time once the bottle has been opened.
- 3.5
Items bought from anyone other than Parfum Celeste.
4. How to make a claim
- 4.1
Email support@parfumceleste.com with your order number, a short description and photos or a short video that show the problem.
- 4.2
Keep the item and its packaging until your claim is settled. We may ask you to send it back; if the claim is covered, we pay for the return.
5. What we do
- 5.1
If your claim is covered, we replace the item with the same product. If it is no longer available, we refund it to your original payment method.
- 5.2
To the extent permitted by law, replacement or refund is the remedy under this policy.
6. Legal warranties
- 6.1
Except as stated in this policy, and to the extent permitted by law, our products are provided without any other warranty, express or implied.
- 6.2
Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you, and you may have other rights that vary by location.
7. Using your fragrance safely
- 7.1
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Stop using it if irritation occurs.
- 7.2
Flammable: keep away from heat, sparks and open flame, and do not spray near them.
- 7.3
Keep out of the reach of children.
- 7.4
Store the bottle closed, upright, away from direct sunlight and heat.
