Intellectual Property Rights

The Parfum Celeste name, the wings logo, the names of our fragrances (Ombre Celeste, Celestial Blaze, Knightfall, Lunar Eclipse, Saphire Glow and The Celestial Collection), the design of our bottles and packaging, and the photographs, films, illustrations, texts and design of the Site belong to Parfum Celeste or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Parfum Celeste, the wings logo and the names of our fragrances are trademarks of Parfum Celeste. They may not be used in connection with any other product or service, or in any way likely to cause confusion, without our written permission.

Nothing on the Site grants a license to use them.

Browse the Site, buy our products, and share links to our pages on social media or with friends.

Copy, reproduce, publish, sell or otherwise use our images, films, texts or designs without our written permission.

Use them in advertising, on marketplaces or in listings for any product.

Scrape or download the Site in bulk, or frame it within another website.

Make or sell products that imitate our bottles, packaging or names.

Some scenes on the Site are created for it: the places are imagined, the bottles and their notes are real. These images are protected in the same way as our photographs.

You keep the rights to the reviews and photos you send us.

By sending them, you give Parfum Celeste a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, translate and use them, with your published name, on the Site and in our marketing.

You confirm that the content is your own, that you have the right to share it, and that anyone shown in a photo agreed to it.

Names and logos of other companies mentioned on the Site, such as Shopify or Judge.me, belong to their owners.

If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, write to support@parfumceleste.com or to the address below, with:

your contact details; a description of the work you believe was infringed; where on the Site the material is; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature.

If you come across a product you believe is a counterfeit Parfum Celeste fragrance, please tell us at support@parfumceleste.com, with a link or photos and where you found it.
