  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.

Domestic (USA) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary for orders over $150.

  • For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after handling.

International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Flat Rate: $30 for all international orders.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local government.

  • Parfum Celeste is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your package’s journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Parfum Celeste is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
