Lunar Eclipse

When I first sat down to formulate Lunar Eclipse, I wanted to capture a very specific, fleeting moment in time: the exact second the sky shifts from a vibrant twilight into the deep, enigmatic dark. As a blender, my goal is always to create a fragrance that does more than just smell luxurious—I want it to evolve on your skin and tell a story.

I began the blending process by looking for an unexpected spark to open the fragrance. I chose the vibrant, exotic energy of passionfruit and contrasted it against the rich, spicy warmth of saffron and the delicate powder of violet. This combination creates an immediate, captivating flash of color, representing the last rays of the sun.

For the heart of the perfume, I needed true complexity and weight. I brought together the timeless, deeply meditative character of oud and classic rose. However, to give the blend a modern, textural softness, I introduced lush hibiscus and the comforting feel of cashmere. Getting this balance right was a meticulous process; I wanted the middle notes to feel like a heavy, velvet curtain slowly falling over the senses as the fragrance matures on your skin.

A perfume ultimately lives and breathes in its dry-down, so the base had to be unforgettable. I anchored Lunar Eclipse with a foundation of smooth leather, glowing amber, and a touch of creamy vanilla. This creates a grounded, magnetic finish that lingers long into the night.
